This is 2735533 Ontario Inc.’s (“klaimki”) privacy policy. This document explains klaimki’s policies for the collection, use and disclosure of personal information.
klaimki abides by applicable privacy legislation. klaimki provides a workers compensation claims management platform.
THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
klaimki collects information by various methods, primarily by information actively provided by its customers. and information arising from customer use of the platform and the klaimki website.
The klaimki platform houses information input by klaimki customers regarding WSIB claims including employee identification details, WSIB claim details, and medical records
The types of personal information we collect include contact and payment information of our customers. We may record calls to or from our customer service representatives for purposes of accuracy, performance reviews and training.
HOW WE USE THIS INFORMATION
This information is used only to provide the klaimki service.
klaimki may use statistical, aggregate, or anonymous information which will not be linked to identified individuals or our customers for various other uses for itself and third parties.
WHO WE SHARE THIS INFORMATION WITH
klaimki does not share personal information with any third parties except as disclosed in this policy. klaimki may provide personal information to its consultants, subcontractors and professional advisers (which shall be bound by privacy obligations) to assist klaimki’s uses disclosed herein.
klaimki will not disclose personal information other than for the purpose(s) it was collected and as otherwise identified in this policy.
klaimki’s database is housed in Canada and does its processing in Canada. Given the nature of the internet and various services used by klaimki and its customers we cannot guarantee that all data stays in Canada at all times. More information can be obtained from our Privacy Officer.
SECURITY
Personal information is protected by security and authentication measures appropriate to the nature of the information.
ACCESSING INFORMATION
If individuals wish to review their information that resides within klaimki records controlled by a klaimki customer, those individuals must contact the klaimki customer. Any other individual may review and request correction or deletion of their personal information contained in klaimki files by contacting the klaimki Privacy Officer.
GENERAL
klaimki may amend this policy from time to time by posting an updated version on our website. If such amendments affect how klaimki uses or discloses personal information already held by klaimki in a material way, klaimki will obtain consent.

Notwithstanding the general terms of this policy, the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information may be made outside of the terms herein to the extent provided for in any applicable privacy or other legislation in effect from time to time, or pursuant to court orders.
